Happy Birthday Mindfulness Incubator!!
Oct 01, 2022This week, Mindfulness Incubator turns ONE! And what a year it has been! In that time, we have published 40 blog posts (41 if you include this one!), hosted two FABULOUS retreats (our second one just wrapped two weeks ago!), and created many resources to help our community (that’s you!) have a bit more space, ease, and live with intention.
To celebrate, we are spotlighting some of our favorite posts and resources (some we’ve never featured in the blog before!)
Four Levers to Create Space in Your Life
So many of the women we’ve connected with consistently feel overwhelmed, overworked, overscheduled, and always busy. Sometimes it feels like we’re not even in the driver’s seat for where our time is going. We can get stuck giving our time in so many ways that don’t support our goals, or our wellbeing. This blog post outlines four actionable levers that anyone can implement to create more space and ease in their life, to challenge and reconsider where their time is going. It also includes a time inventory resource. It includes the five step process to follow, templates to track your time, and a guided reflection on the exercises.
Preview: We’re currently working on creating a 4 week program focused on exploring and implementing these levers. We’re excited to share more with you about it!
If you want to participate in shaping the concept, here are a couple of ways you can:
- Schedule a 20 minute chat and we’ll buy you coffee (only for the next few days)
- If you can’t swing a coffee chat, answer our five minute survey, and we’ll send a few of you coffee on us!
- Answer the question on our IG to be entered to win a gorgeous A&O Journal
